
Standard Vibrating Screen
Inclined screen, is the most preferred classification equipment in crushing and screening processes, which is positioned inclined on a strong and high-strength chassis and performs vibration movement on springs that can absorb the determined load.

What is screenıng?
Inclined screens are very important for all mineral processes. The process of grouping the bulk material containing pieces of different sizes in at least two size ranges is called screening. The screening process is referred to as the "classification process" in mineral processes.

How does the screening process occur?
Screening panels with specific sizes of mesh are attached to the sieve body. While the fed material moves on the sieve panel with the vibration of the body, the pieces smaller than the mesh gap pass to a lower sieve panel with a smaller mesh size to be screened again.

Design

Tahrik mekanizması, eleğin en önemli kısmıdır. Elek milinin iki ucuna bağlanan eksantrik ağırlıkların, belirli bir devirde dönmesiyle oluşan merkezkaç kuvveti, elek gövdesinin elastik sistem üzerinde sürekli bir gidip gelme hareketi yapmasını sağlar. Bu gidip gelme yani titreşim hareketi sayesinde malzemenin panel üzerinde ilerlemesi sağlanmış olur.

Screen Panels
Screening panels are generally used in the form of steel wire mesh. However, if the material to be fed contains larger grains, perforated sheet metal and perforated hardox are used in the first layer.
In washing sieves, sieve panels made of polyurethane material are generally preferred.

Special Drive Mechanism
TTC Engineering has specially developed the drive mechanism used in the sieves and achieved higher performance than other sieves on the market.
In the new system, where the belt and pulley mechanism is not used, the motor is directly connected to the drive mechanism.
