Primary Impact Crusher

The Primary Impact Crusher has a high crushing capacity thanks to its unique crushing chamber design. This type of crushers is suitable for the first stage of the crushing process. It is especially used in medium hard and low silica containing stones as well as hard stones. Its main advantages are good size reduction and high cubic material production. Compared to other primary crushers (jaw crusher), it has a high ability to produce fine end material, so a secondary crusher may not be needed.

How Does Primary Impact Crusher Work?

Primary Impact Crusher is specially designed against instantaneous impacts. The rotor, which is driven by a belt-pulley mechanism, powerful and high-quality electric motor, has a high amount of kinetic energy. The pallets on the rotor transfer this kinetic energy to the fed material as impact force. With the effect of this impact force, the material moves towards the pendulums at a very high speed and this force is damped by the pendulum and the pendulum mechanism.

Therefore, the impact force applied by the pallets and the resistance force applied by the pendulums ensure the crumbling of the fed material.

The material fed until it reaches the size to pass through the gap between the Pendulum Lining and the rotor pallet is subjected to this application.
