Horizontal Screen
TTC Horizontal Screen is ready to be called the new name of performance in crushing and screening plants. This horizontal vibrating screen, which we have developed in accordance with the latest technology, has a three-shaft drive system. This drive system creates an elliptical motion. This elliptical movement allows the fed material to move in an elliptical motion on the horizontally positioned panel. Thus, the elimination process takes place.

It is a type of sieve suitable for heavy conditions and trouble-free operation. It has high efficiency with its three-shaft drive group vibration. Specially designed drive group ensures that the material is spread on the sieve surface with an elliptical movement.
How does the screening process occur?
Although the working principle is the same as inclined sieves, the vibration movement in the horizontal position allows the material to spread over a wider area on the sieving panel and the materials to move forward by drawing an ellipse. Thus, the fugitive material is less and the classification process is more precise.
