Aggregate Elevator
The elevator is a vertically designed transport equipment that enables the aggregate coming out of the dryer to be transmitted to the sieving unit. Thanks to the carrier buckets and chain system inside, it successfully fulfills the task of feeding the sieve without interruption.
Drive System
The outlet covers are equipped with pneumatic cylinders. It is very easy to open and close the doors with the control of the automation system. The covers are covered with heating resistors, despite the hardening of the hot asphalt over time.
Carrier Buckets
The entire outer surface of the finished product silo is covered with rock wool insulation material as a precaution against heat losses. The outer surface of the insulation is covered with stainless steel sheet.
