Fine Washer
In crushing and screening plants, especially after crushing stream stones or earthy material, it is required to wash the material to extract foreign matter such as clay.
TRANSPORT TECHNIQUE
The washed material sinks to the bottom due to its density in the pool compartment, which is completely filled with water, located at the rear of the screw washer body. The spiral leaves on the shaft drag this material, which sinks to the bottom, from the bottom to the outlet chute. After the continuously rotating material exceeds the level of the pool, it is discharged from the outlet chute. Water and mud go out from the overflow channels in the pool part. If possible, this outgoing water is rested in the holding pool, allowing the clay, soil and organics inside to settle to the bottom and the water is reused.

Powerful Drive System
Screw Washers are driven by a gearmotor and chain gear mechanism. The reason why the chain mechanism is preferred is that the chain is the first element that will meet the sudden loads that may come to the reducer and it is possible to overcome the risky situations with low costs.
Thus, we ensure that the power produced by the engine is transferred to the spiral shaft with maximum efficiency. In this way, it will continue to show the highest performance even under the most severe conditions.
