Hot Asphalt Silo
Hot asphalt is ready-to-use asphalt that has been produced. After the mixing process, which is the last stage of the asphalt production process, takes place in the TTC Asphalt Mixer, the final product, ready-to-use hot asphalt, is discharged into this silo.
Silo Exit Gates
The outlet covers are equipped with pneumatic cylinders. It is very easy to open and close the doors with the control of the automation system. The covers are covered with heating resistors, despite the cooling of the hot asphalt over time.
Thermal Isolation
The entire outer surface of the finished product silo is covered with rock wool insulation material as a precaution against heat losses. The outer surface of the insulation is covered with stainless steel sheet.
