Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer
TTC Twin Shaft Concrete Mixers are the equipment used to produce high quality concrete. There are two separate shafts and drive systems operating in sync with each other in a single body. Mixer elements connected on two separate shafts ensure that the desired concrete mixture is mixed as homogeneously as possible in the shortest possible time.

TTC Twin Shaft Batch Mixers are equipment used to produce high quality concrete.
Twin shaft batch mixers are based on the mechanical mixing principle of the product. The special shape, position and rotation speed of the mixing elements create eddy flows, ensuring a homogeneous mixing of the material. This guarantees high-quality mixing of products with different granulometric composition and bulk density, such as ready mixed concrete, in the shortest possible time.

Helical Mixing Group
We designed a mixing group that circulates continuously throughout the entire internal volume of the mixer. Aggregate, cement, water and additive are mixed in a very homogeneous structure in a very short time.
Since the helices scan the inner surface of the mixer very closely, concrete residues on the inner linings are significantly reduced.

Arm, Paddle Mixing Group
The mixing group with agitator system, which works with a cast arm-cap and stirrer paddle system in double-shaft mixers, continues to serve successfully.
Since it is not possible to use a helical group, especially in high capacity mixers, it is still indispensable for 4m³ and 5m³ mixers.

Automatic Lubrication
Automatic lubrication system is a very important equipment in terms of ease of maintenance and long-lasting operation. We use a high-quality branded automatic lubrication system as standard in all our double shaft mixer products.
