Pre-Feeding Hopper
It is a system consisting of a bunker, a belt conveyor and a rotating head pouring chute, which can transfer materials to the back of the concrete plant, to all the chambers of the aggregate bunker of the plant, and whose height from the ground is such that there is no need for the construction of a ramp.
No Ramp Construction Required
Aggregate bunkers of concrete batching plants are quite high from the ground. Therefore, in order to convey material to the plant with the loader, it is necessary to build a ramp on one side or both sides of the plant with a very large structure.
You can easily transport the aggregate of any size to the desired hopper of the concrete plant with the feedback system without the need for this ramp construction.
They can be produced as fixed or wheeled. A 6m³ bunker consists of a 800mm wide 18m long conveyor and a rotating head pouring chute.
