60m³/h Mobile Concrete Plant
Our TTC-B-60M series mobile concrete plant produces 60m³ of ready-mixed concrete per hour. It is the first choice for mass concrete production in short-term projects and investments where location changes are considered.
Although mobile power plants are generally preferred on a single chassis, they are produced with a double chassis when high capacity is needed.
Technical Details
36m³ Aggregate Bunker
4 pieces of 9m³ Aggregate Bunkers are manufactured from 5mm ST37-A1 quality sheet metal with Trapezoidal Twisting.
Bunker covers are bolted to each other and connected to the main chassis in an articulated manner.
There is 1 pneumatic discharge cover in each chamber.
The discharge cover is articulated with bearings.
There is a 0.27 kW Vibromotor.
3m³ Aggregate Weighing Bunker
It has a volumetric capacity of 3m³ and a weight capacity of 4000kg.
It is manufactured from 6mm ST37 - A1 quality sheet metal.
There are 2 pneumatic outlet covers.
It is weighed with 4 loadcells.
It has a 0.18 kW vibromotor.
