120m³/h Mobile Concrete Batching Plant
Our TTC-B-120M series mobile concrete batching plant produces 120m³ of ready-mixed concrete per hour. It is the first choice for mass concrete production in short-term projects and investments that are considered to change location.
Although mobile batching plants are generally preferred on a single chassis, they are produced with double chassis when high capacity is needed.
Technical Details
40m³ Aggregate Bunker
4 pieces of 10m³ Aggregate Bunkers are manufactured from 5mm ST37-A1 quality sheet metal with Trapezoidal Twisting.
Bunker covers are bolted to each other and jointly connected to the main chassis.
There is 1 pneumatic discharge cover in each chamber.
The discharge cover is articulated with bearings.
There is a 0.27 kW Vibromotor.
5m³ Aggregate Weighing Bunker
It has a volumetric capacity of 5m³ and a weight capacity of 8000kg.
It is manufactured from 6mm ST37 - A1 quality sheet metal.
There are 2 pneumatic outlet covers.
It is weighed with 4 loadcells.
It has a 0.18 kW vibromotor.
