POWDER MACHINE<\/h3>

Tertiary impact crusher should be used especially in high capacity crushing and screening plants. It is applied as an alternative to vertical shaft impact crusher (VSI) and is useful in obtaining 0-5 mm final product, namely sand.\n

\nThe most important difference of this equipment from VSI is that the feed material size should be medium hard stone up to 70mm.\n

HOW DO TERTIARY CRUSHERS WORK?<\/h3>

The crushing process takes place by hitting the material with the rotor rotating at high speed towards the pendulums. Thanks to the adjustable spout, the desired size of the product can be obtained.\n

\nRotor rotation direction of tertiary crushers can be changed. Changeable working direction; When it is time to replace the wear parts, the rotor can be adjusted to turn to the other side, thus extending the maintenance period twice. Thus, the life of the wear parts is also twice as long.
