The aim of the equipment is to classify materials at different stages and send to the further crushing stages of the system, if needed. In the screening process can be both wet and dry. Mostly, dry screening preferred; however, from time to time wet one required. When an aggregate falls onto the meshes, thanks to vibration of the screen, spreads over the surface. Mesh with lowest cell area located at the bottom of the screen and place of other decks are also define the cell area, the highest an area – the higher a mesh place. Thus, at the bottom the smallest aggregate and at the top an aggregate (that cannot pass through the deck) should be returned to the system or crushed at the next step classifies.
