Primary Impact Crusher

Because of high speed of rotor this types of crushers are suitable for first stage in the crushing plant. Especially, it is useful for stones with medium hardness and low contain of silica, as well as hard stones. The main advantages are good reduction of sizes and high cubic material production. Compared to other primary crusher (jaw crusher), the capability of production of fine end-material is high, which is the reason that secondary crusher do not needed.

The body of the crusher contains two parts which open with the help of hydraulic system for easy replace of wear parts. On the purpose to increase the life time of the machinery, we use special casting for rotor and high manganese steel for plates during manufacturing.

Principe of Work

Beaters are attached to the side surfaces, which made of impact-resistant, abrasion-resistant steel. The rotor rotation speed is 600-1200 rpm. Around the rotor in a spiral-shape installed reflective and crushing plates. Thanks to mounted springs, make it possible to rotate at a small angle. Thus, unbreakable pieces do not deflect the plate and destroy the other operating parts. At the bottom of the chamber, grizzly screen and chute exists, where the crushed material is unloaded and sorted. On the other hand, uncrushed pieces of rock do not do the second circle, but deflect the plate and leave the operating area through the special gap for pieces not suitable for further stages. These large rocks return to the system and crushed with the help of appropriate machinery.
