Vibrating screens are produced in two, three and four layers and in various sizes. The vibration system may be in the middle or on top of the screen body. It is obtained by rotating the eccentric weights connected to the shaft mounted on the sieve body. The sieve body sits on the fixed or mobile chassis with heavy-duty helical springs which absorb vibration. The vibration systems of these vibrating screens operate with an electric motor and belt-pulley transfer.
