The screen sieve is used for two purposes:
First, to separate the material to be bypassed from the material to the primary crusher. It is placed between the feeder and the primary crusher. They are driven by 2 vibromotors and make linear vibration.
Secondly, by bypassing the fine material after the primary crusher, they ensure that it does not enter the secondary crusher. They are placed in front of the secondary breaker and used as “prefix”. As with conventional sieves, they are driven by a separate electric motor, belt-pulley system, special bearings and eccentric shaft mounted on the screen body, with an eccentric weight at each end of the shaft. They make a circular vibration. The gratings are made of high Mn alloy steel casting and the grating intervals are easily adjusted to adjust the by-pass material size.
