Apron Feeder

Commonly, an apron feeder runs horizontally or inclined. The high slope also allows building compact plans and reducing the length of the feeder, keeping investment costs low.

Optionally, a collecting conveyor located under the feeder can be used to clear small pieces and lumps of material trapped at the spill ends and collected on the return surface. This feature eliminates manual cleaning and saves working hours.

Advantages:

  • Suitable for wet, sticky or clayey materials;
  • Low maintenance needs;
  • Low operating cost;
  • Long lifespan.
